FreePascal 1.1 snapshot with Netware-support for RedHat
Linux 7.2 (i386)
see also: Debugging NLMs with GDB
Supported Emulations:
- i386pe
- i386go32
- i386nw
- elf_i386
- i386linux
- elf_i386_fbsd
- i386bsd
Some minor modifications are included in NLMCONV:
- Copyright is working (Thanks to Rostislav Letos from Novell and
Günter Knauf). The order of the MeSsAgEs and CoPyRiGhT headers are
swapped so that copyright is written before messages. This makes the
netware 4.x and 5.x loaders happy and they can display the copyright
string. This patch was not my idea, i found it for binutils 2.9, i
think it was here.
- Linker will be called with -m i386nw so ld can be used even elf
is not the default
- Changed / in \ so that nlmconv can find ld
- Compiled with mingw32msvc (under linux with gcc 3.0.4) instead of
mingw32. With mingw32 argv[0] has only the exe-name without path.
- For Linux, asw (a script) and ldw are included. That will allow
FreePascal to compile win32 binaries under linux
